The Florida Cup is one of international soccer’s most rapidly-growing, friendly tournaments hosted annually throughout the Sunshine State. With nearly half a million Colombian and Brazilian-Americans calling Florida home, the opportunity to see the likes of Colombia’s Atlético Nacional and Brazil’s Palmeiras and Corinthians in their own backyard is an opportunity no die-hard South American soccer fan can miss. Additionally, the sixth edition of the tournament this year is hosting FC Spartak Moscow from Russia. The four teams will face-off between January 13-20, 2019.
This year’s tournament is better than ever with its addition of a collaboration with Universal Orlando Resort! Travelling fans can choose from an assortment of packages including lodging in the world-class hotels, admission to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures, as well as transportation to and from the matches of their choice! In addition to all of these amazing perks, there is also the Fan Fest taking place on January 19 at the Music Plaza Stage inside Universal Studios. This musical extravaganza is headlined by international superstar Ivete Sangalo. Last, but not least, amateur fans from around the world get to trade in their park tickets for some cleats and channel their inner champions in the Florida Fan Cup 2020 hosted by none other than your Nona Soccer Academy in the beautiful Heroes Community Park!
